Meet Taylor.
I’m Taylor! Do you struggle with balancing the responsibilities in your life? Do you have trouble with completing daily tasks and managing your relationships? Are you feeling overwhelmed day to day? Life can be difficult to manage. I love helping anyone who is trying to balance parenthood and postpartum life, but I enjoy working with anyone experiencing life transitions. I love using analogies and humor to connect with clients and understand each other. Whether you are facing depression, anxiety, relationship challenges or problems with executive functioning (things like focus, task initiation, prioritization, and motivation), I can help guide you to finding ways to tackle your challenges. I would love to team up and help you become your best self!

I often find myself working with people who struggle with their day-to-day. Often their relationships need adjustment, they have problems with tackling challenges at work and at home or they struggle with anxiety and low mood. My ideal client comes to session with curiosity about how they can get better and an eagerness to learn. The most important thing to keep in mind is that you don’t ever have to show up being “perfect”. We can work through challenges and obstacles together. That’s why you’re here!
What are your strengths as a provider?
I have worked really hard to blend my clinical knowledge with my lived experience to give my clients a unique experience. I am honest in that I have sat on the other side of the therapy desk and am empathetic to the challenges that come with working on yourself and facing challenges head-on. I like to blend honesty, compassion and humor with clinical knowledge to provide the best support I can for clients.
What can clients expect in their first session?
During our first session, we focus on reviewing the intake paperwork that you are asked to complete prior to meeting for the first time. We use our first meeting to get to know one another and address your expectations for therapy. We finish by establishing treatment goals so I can best serve you and support you in your journey.
What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?
I rely heavily on cognitive and solution-focused strategies when working with clients. Simply put, we look at past successes and current strengths to tailor treatment to your needs while learning new ways to challenge negative thoughts and create new patterns that can lead to positive change.
